Now we know how important it is to incorporate a variety of plants into our diet every week.  30 a week is a good target.

I really want this to feel easy. 

Below is a list of plants (in pink) and a selection of free recipes.  You can look for a recipe you like, or you can see what you have in your fridge or cupboard, or what’s on sale at the shops and see if that plant is included on the pink list.  If so, click on the plant and you will find a recipe.  The idea here is to provide you with many recipes for the same plants so that you don’t buy something once and never use it again.
