I eat alot.  I am curious.  I am not shy.

Recipes from my mother,  friends, chefs, ancient cookbooks, museums, and strangers in the street (seriously).  Recipes from my childhood in Canada, my adulthood spent living in a variety of countries, and from vast amounts of eating and experimentation

The recipes below are for bread, buns, and crackers – both sourdough and with yeast added.
