When do you use a consultant versus a coach?

If something systemic in your organisation is not working as you would like it to, it’s a great idea to call a consultant.

Seasoned consultants have a specific trade craft and a lot of experience.  Maybe the solution to your problem requires data that you don’t know you need, or you don’t have the resources to get it.  If that’s the case, it can be a good idea to work with  a consultant.  See the photo?  Ultimately, the bread belongs to someone else but the tools, skills, and experience of the baker are vital when you are not sure what to do with what you’ve got.

Consultants excel at helping you make decisions by gathering and analysing data.  We can do it ourselves, or we can support you to do it.  We will always have a clear point of view regarding what the data says.  It’s different from coaching.  See below for a primer and give me a shout. I am a super discussion partner and may be able to help you see a path forward.
