Take a sourdough bread baking class in North Norfolk.

You will learn to bake sourdough bread and crackers using simple, wholesome ingredients, leaving the class with confidence, plenty of ideas, and bread to take home!  Learn how to proof sourdough bread in a basket, understand why it is sometimes easier to proof sourdough bread in a tin, learn why sourdough bread is better for you.

Classes cost £125.00 and include all materials, expert tuition and a lovely lunch and tea.
