You will learn to bake sourdough bread and crackers using simple, wholesome ingredients, leaving the class with confidence, plenty of ideas, and bread to take home!  Learn how to proof sourdough bread in a basket, understand why it is sometimes easier to proof sourdough bread in a tin, learn why sourdough bread is better for you.

Classes cost £125.00 and include all materials, expert tuition and a lovely lunch and tea.

West London classes are a short walk from Hammersmith tube or a short bus ride from Barnes train station.  There is parking on the street on the week end but it is controlled during the week.  If you are coming to London for the week end and would like information on B&B accomodation in the area please contact us.

    Was wondering how much difference the sourdough course is from the regular bread course? Very interested in sourdough course and will the skills transfer to 'regular' bread making? Cheers!

    Thanks, didn't see the times listed. I think I may have just made a successfuk "Mother or Chef" after three failed attempts, well....at least it's bubbling. Would still like to sign up for a sourdough course sometime.
