It’s a baking frenzy at The Clink but the trimph of the day was the sourdough hot cross buns.
The cracker bread was approved by a Swede, so it must be good!
Selling virtuous bread (and cinammon buns) at The Wheatsheaf Pub in Fulham gave me a glimpse into another community building, recession busting enterprise. We don’t need the Big Society. We need more people like Lance.
